Last Thursday, to cap off one of the most stressful weeks I have had for work, a 9-year old boy asked me in his sincerest curiosity:

"Can I ask you about your life story?"

I paused, cheered for him quietly in my head and responded the affirmative.

01. This recent calamity saddens me more than I could ever put into words. I feel so Deep Impact right now. I know that it is a stupid thing to say but I feel incredibly helpless, being that I have no money to spare for a lot of people. While I was smoking upstairs, our dog, BbGrr, lazed in front of me. I am (quite nostalgically) reminded of Bubastis, Ozymandias' pet.
